Rather I sharpen most kitchen knives regardless of length at a flat rate to keep things fast and simple for you. Knives used in the kitchen are my specialty. Sorry, I do not sharpen the following items: scissors, swords, machetes, axes, daggers, fantasy knives, pinking shears or salon shears. Please do not mail these items for sharpening.
